I had one section that had soap scum build-up for about a year now. without putting any pressure, I just went up and down, side to side once and it cleaned the surface effortlessly. I used the scrubber that came with and that seems to work best on bathtubs.

But, what I noticed was that it cleans very well I did not have to press down on it very hard to get it to clean up the soap scum that I purposely let build up just to buy this item. It took me maybe 5 to 10 minutes clean the bathtub. When I move it will be tested again on the sink, tub, floor, refrigerator, stove and oven. I believe that would be a true test on how this holds up. I will be back in about a month with an update.
