* To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and is correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for incorrect information or orders returned due to incorrect addresses.

* Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items that you purchase. You can get a calculation of your exact shipping charges by adding items to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will automatically update and display in your total costs.

* Our estimated Delivery time=Processing Time + Shipping Time. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

Processing time – It differs from product to product. It is requested 3-5 working days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances.

Shipping time - Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

* Please note that the above time frame doesn't include production time or account for delays caused by vendors , weather, and other force majeure.

* We do not offer shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.

* The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

* If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

* Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email. The email will contain shipment details, the Order Number and a link to check the order status.
